Reservations

To validate a reservation, our guests must submit proof of payment and the following information:

Full Name

Date of Birth

ID Number or Passport Number

CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry)

Address/Neighborhood/City/Zip Code

Phone Number

Email

Check-in Time/Flight Number (if flying)

Check-out Time

Names of other guests (if applicable)

Payment Methods, Reservations, Rentals, and Security Deposit

To reserve one of our properties, we require a R$300.00 reservation confirmation deposit. The remaining rent will be charged at check-in before entry to the property.

Payment for the reservation can be made by bank transfer/deposit, credit card, or debit card.

A security deposit will be required at check-in by bank transfer/deposit, or credit card, with a predetermined amount per property at the time of booking.

In order to process your payment, we always require confirmation of the transfer via email.

Your reservation will be confirmed once the Dabra House reservations department sends a confirmation email.

If, for any reason beyond our control, the rental property is no longer available, we offer our guests the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in Time: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Guests are required to inform us of their arrival time and their contact number. Without this information, check-in will not be possible. During the Dabra House check-in process, guests must call our customer service department in advance at (11) 93731 7080.

If guests arrive before our official check-in time of 3:00 PM, they can leave their luggage if the condominium has storage available.

Check-out

Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

After check-out, a Dabra House employee will visit the apartment to clean and inspect the property. We will then proceed with the release procedure and return the security deposit.

Cancellation and Reservation Changes

In case of cancellation or no-show, the reservation deposit will not be refunded. There will be no refund of rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment early. Changes to reservation dates are only permitted with written confirmation from Dabra House.

Dabra House reserves the right to immediately terminate the rental agreement, without any refund of amounts paid by the guest, if any of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum set forth on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of condominium rules, partying, consumption of illicit drugs, pets without our permission, failure to pay the full rent or security deposit.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, Dabra House assumes no responsibility for any connectivity issues or inconveniences resulting from them. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In the event of problems or disruptions with the internet connectivity or TV signal, the rental payment will not be refunded.

Responsibilities and Obligations of Our Guests

The guest assumes full responsibility for the property they rented, as well as for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The guest and all apartment occupants and visitors must comply with the condominium regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium management for non-compliance with the rules will be immediately paid by the guest. These fines may also lead to premature termination of the rental agreement without any refund.

Visitors

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any reservations where visitors are expected so we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption; please check your rental agreement. If electricity is charged, the guest must pay the bills equivalent to the length of their stay upon check-out or, if the rental period exceeds 30 days, after each month.
